Services

Complete Midwifery Care Package - $3500

($200 deposit holds your place in my calendar. Payment is due in full by 36 weeks.)

Package includes:

• In home prenatal visits until 43 weeks - typically 1 every 4 weeks until 28-30 weeks, then every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, followed by weekly visits until the birth

• In home postpartum visits as needed until 6 weeks

• Phone consultations whenever questions or concerns arise.

• Nutrition, homeopathy, and herbal counseling

• Client handbook and resources

• Custom home birth kit

• Home birth attendance and support by 2 midwives (including at least 1 licensed CPM)

• Use of birth tub, if desired

• Newborn Hearing Screening

• Newborn Critical Congenital Heart Defect Screening (CCHD)

• Filing of Birth Certificate and application for Social Security number

• Breastfeeding advice

• Family planning counseling, if desired

Add-on Services Available: Newborn  Metabolic Screening ($140), placenta encapsulation, and more!

* Labs will be billed to your insurance (when applicable)

Prenatal Visits, A la carte- $80

Visits are usually about 1 hour and  include time for discussing the client's questions as well as fetal heart monitoring, uterine growth tracking, and assessment of baby's position (when applicable). Mother's vitals will also be checked and overall wellness assessed.  Individualized counseling and education will be offered. Lab work* and pre-natal testing will be done, as needed.

Postnatal Visits, A la carte - $80

Visits are usually about 1 hour and include physical and emotional assessment of the client and baby, individualized counseling and education, and performance of newborn tests and procedures, per client request. Client's questions will also be addressed.

Well-Woman Visits - $80

Services available include:

• Lab testing (including Pap smear)

• Wellness consultation

• Nutrition/herbal counseling

• Fertility awareness counseling
